CX/HCD Specialist

Job Overview: As a CX/HCD Specialist, you will advocate for the integration of Customer Experience (CX) and Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles into all project areas. You will work closely with teams to ensure that the end-user experience remains at the forefront of all initiatives. Responsibilities: Incorporate CX and HCD principles into the design and development of projects. Work with stakeholders to identify user needs and create solutions that prioritize user experience. Continuously advocate for the customer within all scope areas of the project. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human Factors, or related field. At least 3-5 years of experience in customer experience and human-centered design. Strong understanding of CX methodologies and HCD principles. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
