Job Description:
As a Level 3 Product Support Engineer at FINBOA, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the excellence of our dispute tracking software. Your primary responsibility will be to provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting to resolve complex product issues. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and product performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level technical support for our dispute tracking product, including advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Work closely with clients to understand their unique environments and needs, customizing solutions as necessary.
- Collaborate with the product development team to communicate customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation on product functionalities, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices.
- Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams to enhance product understanding and utilization.
- Monitor product performance and proactively address potential issues to ensure optimal functionality.
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical support needs outside normal business hours.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product support or technical support in a SaaS environment, preferably within the fintech sector.
- Strong understanding of software applications, databases, and networking.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Experience with dispute resolution processes in banking or financial services is a plus.
