Overview of the Recent Grad - Staff Accountant role:
- Enter invoices and match to vouchers and packing slips
- Prepare check runs and respond to account inquiries
- Reconcile sales and daily cash receipts
- Create and distribute daily sales reports
- Maintain customer files and respond to account inquiries
Preferred Qualifications for the Recent Grad - Staff Accountant:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills
- Highly effective communication skills
- Desire to learn
