THIS POSITION WILL BE WORKING STRICTLY IN THE FIELD - NOT IN THE SHOP.This role is a cross between a fabricator and a millwright.They will be helping assemble and build catwalks, mezzanines, stairs, handrails - all steel structuresBuilding these includes performing the following tasks:Drill in boltsStick and Arc weldingApoxy anchoringWire watch dutiesBoltingRebar workAnchor bolts into concreteBolt together steelStructural steel installationPut up pipe supportsInstall bracketsHelp assemble handrails and catwalksHelp with small concrete steel scopesCould help weld on site if needed (stick)Set ConveyorsHelp build catwalks, column repair, handrails, stairs, mezzanines, bridges.If existing building needs added A/C units, they will go in and set columns, decking, hand rails, ladders, etc. so the building can now support the new units and someone can get to them to maintain them.
