As our Human Resources Manager, you will be instrumental in driving our company's success by building a high-performing workforce, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations.

Human Resources Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the Human Resources function, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and payroll.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization to provide guidance and support.
  • Partner with management to identify and address employee relations issues, conducting investigations as needed.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
  • Manage employee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
  • Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time off policies.
  • Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of employee wages and deductions.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.

What You'll Bring as a Human Resources Manager:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a management role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees and management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
