Program Scheduler

Job Summary:

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a skilled Program Scheduler to support the development and maintenance of complex program schedules, including resource loading and Earned Value Analysis. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills to interface with program teams and ensure seamless integration of schedules across functional groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the creation and maintenance of integrated master schedules using IMP, SOW, and WBS
• Track plans and schedules, support risk analysis, and identify critical path and network logic conflicts
• Utilize Gantt, Critical Path, Driving Path, Variance metrics, milestone charts, Earned Value Management, and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances
• Support compliance with internal program procedures and project control system guidelines
• Participate in scheduling status reviews, internal quality assurance peer reviews, and programmatic reviews as necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience; or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience; or, in lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience
• Experience in supporting the creation and/or maintenance of an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and any Supporting Schedules on assigned projects/programs
• Ability to absorb and apply internal process and procedures on assigned programs

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Monte Carlo Risk Analysis (Schedule Risk Analysis)
• Basic knowledge of Program management and/or Project Coordination
• Critical thinking and problem-solving, attention to detail, and quality of product deliverables
• EVMS Earned Value Management Systems
• Experience working cross-functionally and effectively communicating to accomplish strategic vision of Program Management Excellence Organization (PMEO)
