Coordinate with other discipline leads to ensure cohesive and integrated project execution. Leverage experience with gas and steam turbine components to optimize analysis and design processes. Optionally, utilize experience with PLM and Teamcenter to streamline engineering workflows. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree (BE/B.Tech/M.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized college/university. 7+ years of experience in finite analysis of mechanical components. Proficiency in Ansys Workbench, with expertise in thermal and structural analysis. Strong knowledge of HCF/LCF, fracture mechanics, and materials science. Experience in analytical calculations for bolted/welded constructions. Experience with PLM and Teamcenter is a plus. Experience in analysis related to gas turbine and steam turbine components is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
