We are currently seeking a professional, energetic, and qualified individual to join our team as our Regional Business Office Manager in our Skilled Long-term Care facility located in Philadelphia, PA

Regional Business Office Manager Position Overview:

As the Regional Business Office Manager, you will oversee the business office staff, review of Medicare and Medicaid billing, support and monitoring of collections, accounts receivable, census processing, and payroll.                 

Regional Business Office Manager Key Duties:

  • Assist Business Office Managers with collection for outstanding accounts receivable for all payer sources.
  • Hiring, training, and overseeing the Business Office Managers and Medicaid Specialists.
  • Ensure Business Office Manager daily and monthly tasks such as Census input in AR Software, Deposits, Medicaid Applications, Collection Calls, Resident Trust Funds, Aging Reports, Triple Check, among other responsibilities.
  • Reviews any Medicare claims that have been returned for correction. Coordinate corrections with the Business Office Manager to ensure accuracy and compliance with Medicare Program guidelines.
  • Responsible for timely processing of each facility month-end closing.
  • Recognize and identify opportunities for process improvements and overall ways to make processes more efficient.
  • Maintain HIPPA privacy, security, and confidentiality standards. 

Regional Business Office Manager Qualifications:

  • Must have an A.A.S degree in Business, Finance, Bookkeeping, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and HMO process.
  • Extensive expertise of the Nursing Home Medicaid Application process.
  • Must be well versed in PCC and other similar EMR’s.
  • Must be highly organized and capable of overseeing multiple SNFs AR in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be a team player, possess effective communication skills, and a willingness to collaborate with others.
  • Proficient in budgeting and fiscal management.
