Major Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain server hardware and software
  • Provide technical support for escalated issues
  • Develop internal network capabilities and assist with M365 migration
  • Manage social cyber awareness, MDR solutions, and privilege access
  • Provision users, oversee hardware rollouts, and handle email protection
  • Collaborate with security partners to address network vulnerabilities
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and build/deploy workstations
  • Monitor Cisco Meraki hardware and engage with customers

Education

  • Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree

Experience

  • Required: 4-5 years with Cisco Meraki and Microsoft 365
  • Preferred: Network administration, troubleshooting, familiarity with CIS

Skills

  • Required: TCP/IP services (DNS, DHCP, HTTP, etc.), VLANs, Routing, Prioritization, Multi-tasking, VMWare/Hyper-V, Azure and Microsoft 365 administration
  • Preferred: Cisco CCNA, MCSA
