Cybersecurity Engineer

Job Summary: Vaco is seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our server hardware and software, as well as providing technical support for escalated issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Server Management: Support and maintain server hardware and software to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support for escalated issues, working closely with internal stakeholders to resolve problems efficiently.
• Network Development: Develop internal network capabilities and assist with M365 migration to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
• Cybersecurity: Manage social cyber awareness, MDR solutions, and privilege access to protect our network from potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• User Provisioning: Provision users, oversee hardware rollouts, and handle email protection to ensure a secure and efficient work environment.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with security partners to address network vulnerabilities and ensure our systems are up-to-date with the latest security patches and updates.
• Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot complex issues and build/deploy workstations to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Monitoring: Monitor Cisco Meraki hardware and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 4-5 years with Cisco Meraki and Microsoft 365.
• Skills: TCP/IP services (DNS, DHCP, HTTP, etc.), VLANs, Routing, Prioritization, Multi-tasking, VMWare/Hyper-V, Azure and Microsoft 365 administration.
