Description

The Wellness Coordinator (Seasonal thru Oct) is responsible for sharing information and guiding guests to get the most out of the wellness offerings at The Springs Resort. This includes the greeting of all guests, assisting guests with questions regarding wellness offerings, sharing knowledge regarding the benefits of our mud program and how to benefit from it. Additionally, the Wellness Coordinator will assist with other wellness focused responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

•Maintain eye contact when addressing external and internal guests; develop professional and personalized relationships with guests.

•Escort all guests rather than point

•Efficiently fulfill any guest requests

•Use the guest's name at least twice

•Use "My pleasure" / "I'd be delighted"

•Assist other team members as needed to ensure a positive guest experience

•Offer your name and invitation to let you know if they have any questions or need additional service

•Create pleasant surprises for all guest

•Maintain cleanliness of all public areas around your area

•Respond to the expressed and unexpressed needs and wishes of our guests

•Proficient knowledge of all resort offerings, ability to answer any guest question

•Recognize returning guests

•Maintain Cleanliness & Organization of all Back of House Areas

•Communicate to management all occurrences involving staff or guests in the area that require attention

•Assist in all areas of wellness operation as requested by management

•Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment

•Develop the ability to work without constant direct supervision and remain at assigned post for extended periods of time

•The ability to work outdoors for the majority of your shift

The ideal candidate would possess the following attributes:

•High School diploma or equivalent required

•Experience for wellness preferred but not required

•Passion, interest and enthusiasm for wellness offerings required

•Professionalism and strong customer service skills are necessary, along with well-developed organization skills

•Must be able to work from 10am-5pm. Weekends and holidays are required.

Physical requirements:

•Flexible and long hours required

•Must be okay with working inside and outside in various temperatures

•Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs

•Must be able to stand for long periods of time

Salary Description

$16/hour
