**Job Title: Welder**
**Job Description**
This position focuses on laying out, fitting, and fabricating metal components to assemble parts. Key responsibilities include performing MIG Steel Welding operations on both standard and non-standard products, adjusting welding equipment to meet quality standards, and conducting first piece and in-process inspections. The role does not have supervisory responsibilities.
**Hard Skills**

+ Reading work instructions, tape measures, blueprints, and schematics

+ Ability to work overtime and weekends

This is a contract position with a duration of 720 Hour(s).

This is a fully on-site position in Belton, Missouri.
**Work Environment**
The work environment is generally moderate to loud. Employees may occasionally be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions. Steel toe shoes are required.
