Education Training Specialist PAC | Access Center

Provides consulting and classroom-based education and training for staff at all levels of UFP organization, including the Patient Access Center. Provides needs assessments, develops high quality course curriculum in response to organizational needs, particularly involving the practice management system; Epic's Cadence and PB Resolute. Responds to requests for assistance regarding workflow processes to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to UFP policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and minimum of one year related experience in a healthcare environment directly related to financial systems, education/training programs, and/or CPT and ICD-9 coding. Directly related work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis.
