We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Oracle CIS Project Management Support professional to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of Oracle Customer Information System (CIS) projects. This role involves working closely with project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:

Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate project activities, resources, and information. Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise. Documentation and Reporting:

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and meeting minutes. Develop and update project tracking tools and dashboards. Generate regular project status reports for stakeholders and management. Communication and Collaboration:

Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and vendors. Schedule and organize project meetings, including preparing agendas and coordinating logistics. Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion. Risk and Issue Management:

Assist in identifying project risks and issues. Track and report on risk mitigation and issue resolution activities. Maintain a project risk and issue log. Quality Assurance:

Support the development and implementation of project quality assurance processes. Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices. Conduct quality checks on project deliverables to ensure they meet standards. Change Management:

Assist in managing project changes and ensure they are documented and communicated. Track change requests and their impacts on project scope, schedule, and budget. Resource Management:

Assist in the allocation and tracking of project resources. Maintain resource schedules and ensure availability for project tasks. Coordinate with HR and other departments for resource onboarding and offboarding. Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus. Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management support, preferably in IT or Oracle CIS projects. Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or equivalent. Technical Skills:

Familiarity with Oracle CIS applications and related technologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project). Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.). Soft Skills:

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and resolving issues. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the utility or telecommunications industry. Knowledge of Oracle project management tools and methodologies. Experience with risk and change management processes.
