Cottage Grove Place is recruiting for a hospitality focused Receptionist to join our team This role provides full-scope, hands on serving functions within the community. Slots to fill are a full-time, part-time, and weekend package.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Receptionist:

Process incoming and outgoing calls in a timely, professional, and helpful manner. Make changes and/or additions and deletions to the database when necessary.

Greet, assist, inform, guide. and direct residents, visitors, staff, and vendors with courtesy and service oriented attitude.

Conduct financial transactions. Make reservations for guest rooms, party rooms and lounges, and other common spaces.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be friendly, caring individual, with social presence and display flexible behavior.
  • Possess excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.


Salary Range: $13.00-$14.50
