The team
As a part of Product Engineering Services practice, we are looking for QA Test/Automation Analyst to join us to contribute to practice initiatives and keep current in the latest technology developments in the Cloud and Product Engineering space.
The role
- Reviews application requirements/ User Stories and project documentation and asks follow-up questions as needed to gain a full understanding of end to end business process requirements
* Ability to work with the Test Manager to create Test Plans, participate in scrum ceremonies and represent the Quality Assurance team.
* Design and manage end-to-end testing activities for various projects across the business lines.
* Prioritize end to end joint integration test executions by working closely with the project teams.
* Prepare and present testing related metrics to stake holders.
* Provide technical help to the QA team members.
* Collaboratively work with different testing teams and ensure testing standards and client expectations are met.
* Write and maintains test automation using JMeter, Selenium
* Identify risks that may impact project timeline or success and provide regular status updates to the QA/Test Manager
* Ensures QA standards are maintained and followed across the projects and phases.
* Identifies and analyses the Risk at an early stage of the project and come up with mitigation plans as needed.
* Be flexible and creative in handling multiple activities and contentions in priorities. Takes initiative to resolve issues and tackle roadblocks.
* Maintain an advanced level of knowledge and expertise on Test management tools and quality assurance concepts and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Iterative methodologies).
- 10+ years of experience in end-to-end systems integration testing of applications
* 7+ Years of experience in test automation using JMeter and Selenium
* Should have strong experience in functional, automation, API testing, Mobile and Backend Testing
* 3+ years of experience testing in AWS Services, DynamoDB, Rest API's, Angular applications
* Should have strong experience working in Cloud Environment and using, Github, Jira, Jenkins and Zephyr tools
* Excellent understanding of the SDLC process and familiar with the various testing methodologies.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Familiar with flood.io, Power BI, AWS Quick Sights
