SOL Engineering is seeking a highly motivated, analytical Program Analyst Junior. The selected candidate will support the planning, coordination and execution of HPCMP related projects and intiatives. The role involves working closely with technical teams, data scientists, and project managers to ensure effective resources management and project delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a strong interest in high performance computing and a desire to develop skills in program analysis within a dynamic and technically complex environment.

Responsibilities

Resolves problems, communication breakdowns, and information gaps.

Organizes and manages lab-wide workflows for efficient EOY acquisition planning and program execution.

Coordinates effective financial and budgetary execution.

Ensures that acquisition requirements have been properly staffed with appropriate technical, administrative, contractual, and legal approvals.

Ensures that purchases have been obligated, shipped, received, invoiced, and placed in service.

Coordinates, prepares, reviews, revises, and submits property authorization and accountability documents for the EXO and SSO.

Requirements and Qualifications

Must have educational degree from an Accredited Institution and relevant years of experience.

Requires a Bachelors degree - 0 years of experience; Associate's Degree - 2 years of experience; or High School Diploma 4 years of experience.
