Customer Service Account Specialist Location: Charlotte, NC Salary: $80,000.00 USD annually $90,000.00 USD annually Description: Our client is currently seeking an Account Specialist. 3+ years of experience in account management, customer service or inside sales; leadership experience preferred. Previous administrative or customer service experience required in a B2B environment, preferably with a manufactured product or in an industrial setting. Previous successful supervisory experience. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in ERP & CRM systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast?paced environment. Strong customer relations skills, including the ability to maintain a helpful and pleasant demeanor. Must be able to interface effectively with and work patiently with customers, Sales and Tech employees, Plant employees, and management. Excellent verbal communication skills to communicate with customers and vendors, including strong listening skills and social perceptiveness. Strong communication to upper management. Must know or be capable of learning about products, pricing, structure and weights. Must be able to work well under pressure, maintain high quality work output, and meet required deadlines. Requires very strong organization skills, follow?up skills, and close attention to detail. Ability to manage complex client needs and deliver solutions effectively. Analytical mindset for reviewing account data and trends.
