Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in a managerial role within the construction industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on collaboration and teamwork. Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills. Strong knowledge of sales and passion for customer service.

Daily Duties: Communicating and collaborating with customers, project managers, estimating team, sub-contractors, and project superintendents. Engaging with Summit Internal Sales and Finance teams to facilitate seamless operations. Collaborating with Product Specialists to ensure division alignment and optimize sales opportunities. Setting operational goals and objectives to drive business success. Interacting with customers to address project needs, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction. Working closely with Project Managers to ensure accuracy of project details and scope for the RFQ (Request for Quotation). Finalizing sales and ensuring profitable job completion. Creating job opportunities and expanding the Summit brand and core business in the identified area. Overseeing the cleanliness, organization, maintenance, and security of the site. Expanding relationships with clients, subcontractors, community members, and staffing agencies. Maintaining a strong culture of safety and quality throughout all operations. Identifying and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. Performing any other duties as assigned by senior management.
