Health Advocates Network is hiring a **Patient Services Representative (1 Year Exp Req)** This is a full-time contract position at a nationally recognized hospital located in **Los Angeles, CA.** + **Pay Rate: $23.50/hour** + **Shift: Days (5x8hrs)** + **Start Date: ASAP** + **Contract Length: 13 weeks** + **COVID Vaccine Required ** **Role Summary:** As a member of the patient care team and the primary point of patient contact, the Patient Service Representative is responsible for positive patient relations, proper telephone communication, appointment scheduling, patient registration, as well as payment and co-payment collection.
