**Job Description**

+ Set up and operate flexographic sleeve machines according to job specifications

+ Monitor and adjust sleeve machines

+ Load and unload cores and finished product

+ Responsible for job set ups and changeovers

+ Follow job specifications and meet customer and company quality specifications

+ Perform quality checks throughout production

+ Tone inks as needed. Maintain safe work area

+ Complete production reports

+ Work directly with assistant to maintain production, quality, and safety goals

**Hard Skills**

+ Ability to use and read a tape measure

+ Ability to perform basic math

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

+ Ability to work occasional overtime

+ Machine operation experience REQUIRED

**Work Environment**

+ Shift Schedule: 1st shift is 5am-1pm & 2nd shift is 1pm-9pm

+ This is a smaller family-owned and operated company that has very low turnover. The majority of the staff has been with the company for 5+ years.

+ Dress Code: steel toe boots, jeans/work pants with no holes, t-shirt, the company provides PPE: safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection
