Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for performing repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide - Variety of building and facility equipment, fixtures and systems.
  • Installs, troubleshoots, repairs and maintains a wide - Variety of facility plumbing, mechanical, heating, and cooling systems.
  • Conducts preventative maintenance inspections and performs required preventative maintenance duties.
  • ssignments are semi-routine in nature. Work performed within generally defined parameters.
  • Some degree of judgment required in resolving nonstandard problems.
  • Receives general instructions and review of job plans for all work.
Duties:
  • Operates, maintains, and performs minor upgrade projects on mechanical systems on the (Aloha) campus.
  • Includes doing the monthly/quarterly/semi-annual/annual PMs, as well as fixing any operational and maintenance issues that occur on the mechanical system.
Required Skills:
  • Knowledge of the mechanical system chillers, boilers, air handlers, compressors, etc operation.
  • Experience performing general industrial mechanical work including instrument calibrations.
  • Must have the ability to manage workload of multiple projects of - Varying complexity.
dministrative skills:
  • Walking and signing no-impact permits SIPP permits, Logging into a-whiteboard, tool owner coordination, Locate points of connection, performing equipment Lock-out/tag-out, and completing job close-out documentation.
