Strategist & Marketing Coordinator

If you have the intuitive nature to visualize and create marketing strategies, enjoy interacting with clients to listen and turn their challenges into solutions, can manage the tactical plan and execution of the strategy and appreciate achieving results from your efforts, then this position is for you
This position has a strong understanding of applying strategic marketing and sales strategy and methodology combined with tech stack savviness, high quality, and conversion optimization mindset to develop and manage client strategy programs.
This position is responsible for all aspects of client experience, ensuring solid relationships and rapport, ensuring clients have a positive client sentiment score, measured by high-quality, outcome-based experience.
This position manages several clients therefore must be able to pivot and juggle industries and priorities quickly.
SUCCESS ATTRIBUTES
Solid business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit
Solid understanding of digital & traditional marketing and sales strategy and tactical applications in order to develop marketing strategies and implement and execute
Experience with marketing and sales tool stacks (CRMs, marketing platforms, etc) and appropriate application to client programs
Ability to identify people and process challenges and utilize critical problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement (change management) to achieve better results for the client and team happiness
Ability to follow agile methodology and apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to
improve client program performance and agency process/systems
Able to give constructive and helpful feedback to team members to help growth their skills
Identify capacity and
skill competency demands of the agency
Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities simultaneously, prioritizing and managing time accordingly
Exceptional written & verbal communication.

Ability to interact with clients and team members in a positive manner
Highly organized and excessive attention to detail
Ability to research, identify and implement new marketing, sales, and operational strategies
Pursue a continuous journey of professional development to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
Bachelors Degree in Communication, Marketing
Required minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on marketing experience
