We are hiring an Infrastructure IT Leader for a healthcare client in Nashville.

  • Logistics:
    • Must work onsite 4 days a week in Brentwood, TN
    • 3-month contract-to-hire
    • $40-50/hr depending on experience
    • Health insurance and 401k offered
  • Qualifications:
    • Infrastructure background -understanding of system administration, network engineering, ticketing systems, and project based IT infrastructure
    • Manager or Supervisor experience
    • Soft skills:
      • Must be able to fit into small / tight knit type of culture
      • Must be adaptable and work on multiple projects at once
  • Value-add:
    • Pharmacy background
  • Job overview/scope of role:
    • This role won't be doing much hands-on system admin or network engineering work, as the client has anMSP vendor, fully handling that work for them.
    • Instead, this role will be focusing more on overseeing the backlog of infrastructure projects (25+ projects) that they have going on, and making sure that those are all in order, while also overseeing the work that the MSPis doing and making sure they're delivering well on their commitments.
    • Future plans for this role are to be promoted to IT Manager.
    • Very small IT team, currently just 1 IT person there that serves as the IT Manager.
