Determine Pricing and Profitability
Maximize Trade Spending Programs
Foodservice Buying Group Direction
Provide direction to Red Gold Sales Managers for largest Buying Groups
Determine Pricing and Profitability
Ensure the execution of Strategic Growth Plans of Non-Commercial Sales Team
Ensure that the Foodservice Broker Network complies with Key Initiatives
Determine Pricing and Profitability
Insure the execution of Key Initiatives by Sales Teams and Foodservice Brokers
National Restaurant Chain Accounts Direction
Determine Pricing and Profitability
Insure the execution of Annual Sales Growth Plans by Chain Account Sales Team
Corporate Sponsorships
Provide direction to Corporate Sponsorship Team activities
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
4 year degree – B.S. or B.A. Degree in Business / Marketing, MBA strongly preferred but not required
10+ years sales management experience
5+ years supervisory experience
Extensive knowledge of Foodservice industry
Well tuned marketing and financial fundamentals-Sophisticated P&L leader
