This individual will manage a team of Account Managers and work closely with cross functional teams to deliver strong results around renewal / growth targets, process improvements and organizational initiatives.As a manager you will assist with escalations, complex renewal situations, and be responsible for leading a high-performing team of account managers focused on delighting our customers and driving their success.
