What youll do The Senior Product Manager reports to the Director of Product Management and works with other Product Managers t o drive utilization of the company platform and identify enhancements which will enable the organization to achieve strategic goals. iSeatz is a B2B2C organization, and as a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for a set of capabilities or components (Air, Hotel, Car, Dining, etc.) that power our clients customers user experience. You will own and develop a product roadmap that enhances the user experience and creates business value. In this role, you will understand, document, and educate both internal and external stakeholders on the feature set of your domain, including UI/FE, business logic, and integration details/BE. You will own development and maintenance of a roadmap of proposed enhancements. You will tell the story of how these features create capabilities which, in turn, enable clients to achieve their objectives by creating bespoke programs on the iSeatz loyalty platform. Your Impact Act as the subject matter expert of your domain Conduct industry, loyalty market, and client-specific research to drive future roadmap ideas Collaborate with clients via Client Product Management to develop client-specific roadmaps related to your vision for your products or capabilities Leverage Agile principles and scrum ceremonies to deliver both FE/BE updates to the platform Guide a pod/team of engineering resources (Tech Lead, Front End/Back End/Full Stack) plus QA to prioritize the backlog of initiatives (internal and client-driven), document initiative requirements, refine requirements and solutioning during collaboration, define the acceptance criteria that validates successful delivery, document all aspects of the client experience (integrations and UI) and collaborate on future enhancements and innovations Create and sustain trusted relationships through cross functional team collaboration and company leadership Understand and confidently communicate the technical components of software development and how they translate into an online user experience Participate in ideation with client partners on opportunities to drive enhancements to the user experience while also creating positive impacts to the clients business and the iSeatz organization Skillfully leverage available analytics to evaluate current program performance and develop forecasting of projected performance related to future enhancement impact Understand the entire product user experience, end to end Develop and deploy knowledge including technical components which power your product: APIs, web framework, the program rules that drive the features/benefits of your product (segmentation, personalization) Define the necessary metrics to gauge product performance and enable data-driven recommendations to further enhance the experience Document business requirements to aid as reference during the development process Collaborate with developers post-production implementation to provide solution documentation that will be maintained and shared with the broader organization Quantify and qualify benefits (financial, retention) that support your prioritization of client and internal initiatives, and communicate them effectively to iSeatz leadership Leverage your understanding of the competitive landscape in order to benchmark your product marketability and potential market share Evaluate other industry user experiences in order to develop a repository of best in class features for consideration on your client product roadmap Embrace cross-department collaboration with Data Science, UIX Design, and Operations/Support teams, in addition to Architecture, Engineering, and QA Tell the story of how your products and capabilities support todays client objectives and enable iSeatz to continue to meet and achieve both client and internal objectives through continuous investment of future enhancements to drive growth What you bring to the table 5 years of relevant business experience Experience in technical business analysis Ability to translate website functionality to business logic details Exceptional communication and writing skills Excellent technical business requirements documentation Strong understanding of SDLC (agile methodologies) from scoping, requirements gathering, development, and quality assurance Proven success managing multiple projects and priorities concurrently Desire to continuously learn and improve Natural skill in utilizing data to measure performance, quantify business value, and tell a story Thrive in a collaborative environment: Seek to achieve personal success, success for your pod/team, and success for the overall organization Self-starter: Proactive and anticipate whats coming next Experience with loyalty programs and/or travel industry Location This role is remote and can be located anywhere inside the continental United States. iSeatz is a New Orleans-based company with Central Time Zone business hours, but feel free to work from your home office, from the beach, or from the cottage you rented for the summer What we bring to the table iSeatz is among the most prominent tech employers in New Orleans.
