We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Architect pivotal in the design, implementation, and operational support of our Client's global infrastructure services. As a Senior Infrastructure Architecture, you will lead technically on projects involving intricate planning for our Client's Worldwide network infrastructure, encompassing detailed design creation, proposals, analysis, project preparation, implementation, and support. Effective and timely interaction with platform customers, peer technologists and senior management is essential.

Required Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunication, or related field, or equivalent experience/education
  • 5 - 8+ years of Networking experience as an infrastructure or networking architect
  • Expertise in designing enterprise scale routing and switching environments, MPLS / VPN, SD-WAN, WLAN, Cisco ISE and/or Identity/Authentication solutions, Network Topologies, Load balancing, and QoS and SDDI
  • Experience in the technology, supply chain, logistics, or freight forwarding industries a plus
General Requirements
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while adhering to deadlines
  • Mastery of network security concepts and theory, with adept knowledge of data networking, including expertise in switching, routing, directory services, and TCP/IP fundamentals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact and communicate with all levels of an organization
  • Advanced knowledge of telecommunications and data networks
  • Experience with Cisco or Ubiquiti Routers and Switches, Entra ID authentication, Aryaka SDWAN or SDWAN technologies, Azure or AWS Cloud networking, Cisco ASA, Palo Alto Firewalls, Barracuda load balancers, Cisco or Ubiquiti Wireless, API Based Automation, Service Now or Freshworks ITSM tool, SolarWinds, WAN acceleration, Intrusion Prevention, Cloud Security, Firewall Monitoring Tools
Preferred Requirements
  • Experience in freight forwarding related industries
  • Multilingualism
  • Active Certifications: CISSP, CCNP, CCSE, or CCIE
Essential Functions
  • Design large-scale enterprise WAN, SD-WAN, LAN, WLAN including switches, firewalls, and related hardware
  • Implement Data Center technologies such as VXLAN and SDDI
  • Continuously improve network monitoring and observability capabilities
  • Manage core services like DHCP, DNS, IP address Management, and Load Balancing
  • Lead large-scale network refresh projects and divisional expansion projects
  • Design and Manage Network Capacity and Performance
  • Evaluate and identify opportunities for network performance and functionality improvement
  • Integrate technical expertise with communication, leadership, and business skills in a team environment
  • Maintain effective communication with all areas regarding project status/updates and other correspondence
