Job Summary
The Stormwater Solutions Engineering Manager will work to empower the Solutions Engineering team to develop unique design solutions in their support of engineers, specifiers, and internal Stormwater team members. The Solutions Manager will also proactively assist the other Stormwater functional groups in their strategic planning, product management and development, and go-to-market strategy efforts to meet the commercial objectives of the company.
Key Responsibilities
Equip, train, develop, and mentor Solutions Engineering team membersWork with other Stormwater team managers to drive business improvements and team effectivenessDevelop and maintain engineering standards and procedures for the teamSupport area and internal team members to achieve team goalsPartner with local manufacturing facilities to drive standard designs with focus on utilization of available form assetsProvide project and technical support for submittal drawings, calculations, regulatory approvals, production, and product deliveryCollaborate with other Stormwater leaders on strategic initiativesDrive innovation among engineering and Stormwater team membersAssist with team and organizational change managementHiring, recruiting, and onboarding new team membersQuality Assurance and Control activitiesOther duties as assigned

Position Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil EngineeringProfessional Engineering licensure (Civil)6+ years experience with solid technical background in drainage design, water resources, land development, or similar fieldExperience in drainage, stormwater, or wastewater designExperience managing technical direct reportsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communicator and organizedEnthusiasm and passion for business and achieving organizational goals.Collaborator with ability to share thoughts openly, accept new ideas, and get the job done in a highly interactive process
Preferred Requirements
Experienced with: AutoCAD, BIM, SWMM, Microsoft Office, HydroCAD
Compensation
Salary target range is $105,000.00 to $125,000.00Yearly target bonus is 15% of your base salary
