STRATEGIC STAFFING SOLUTIONS HAS AN OPENING Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a Securities Operations Representative for a contract opening with one of our largest clients This is a Contract Opportunity with our company that MUST be worked on a W2 ONLY, NO visa sponsorship or C2C eligibility for this position. The details are below. Job Title: Securities Operations Representative W2 ONLY Contract: 3 Months Location: Minneapolis, MN Job/Role Description: • Perform a variety of operational tasks for complex securities or process extensive knowledge of systems • Provide ideas for improving or implementing processes • Perform moderately complex duties such as processing, researching inquires and reconciling transactions • Review time sensitive documents • Provide training or work direction to less experienced staff • Address compliance and corporate governance issues for the department • Lead or participate in projects • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Interact with internal customers • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Required Skills/Experience: • 4 years of Securities Operations experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education • 2 years of property and/or casualty insurance-related experience • Experience in Securities Operations, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education • Demonstrated experience analyzing external insurance policies and contacting agents • Thorough understanding of residential and commercial property insurance coverages and policies • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information • Ability to research and report on a variety of issues and possess solid problem solving skills • Ability to work independently, proactively, innovatively, and creatively while exercising sound judgment • Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening How to Apply: send resume and contact information to Nick Gleason, Sourcing Specialist, at ngleasonstrategicstaff.com .
