PSI Pax, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Management Analyst to join our team in support of our NAWCAD Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Air Traffic Control & Landing Systems (ATC&LS) government customer in St. Inigoes, MD.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

Provide Management Analyst support within the NAWCAD WOLF Air Traffic Control Systems Division.
  • Provide technical writing.
  • Utilize TEAMS to coordinate meetings between multiple CSS teams. Provide technical meeting coordination and minutes drafting.
  • Provide organizational management.
  • Update QLIK Dashboard (will be provided training on this tool).
  • Manage calendar coordination between ISEA Functional Teams.
  • Consolidating functional area reports for team meetings, displays, conferences.
  • Maintenance and distribute weekly status updates to PMA 213 IPT Leads.
  • Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
  • Analyze requirements, status.
  • Track program/project status and schedules.
  • Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
Required Qualifications:
  • At least ten (10) years of experience in program or project management with Navy or other Defense programs.
  • Demonstrated experience in cost/benefit analysis, quality control, successful completion of critical path events, and project tracking.
  • Experience utilizing scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project.
Preferred Qualification:
  • QLIK Analytics Software experience

Education Requirements:

Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Project Management, Technical Management, Economics, Finance, or Accounting or Bachelor's degree and thirteen (13) years of work relevant experience or Associate's degree plus sixteen (16) years of relevant work experience.
