Job Duties:

  • Monitor inventory levels, both in-stock and on-order, and promptly notify internal teams of opportunities to ensure sufficient inventory to meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with various teams to address overstock and understock situations, ensuring optimal inventory turnover.
  • Generate purchase orders monthly or as required to align with forecasted performance.
  • Maintain high in-stock rates across the product catalog while ensuring a healthy inventory sell-thru rate.
  • Strategize and oversee inventory levels at Amazon fulfillment centers and company warehouses.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure timely receipt of purchase orders and necessary transfers between warehouses.
  • Utilize analytics to pinpoint inventory and sales opportunities within each business category.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a relevant retail planning/inventory management position.
  • 2+ years experience in eCommerce.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive business decisions from extensive datasets.
  • Organized, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelors degree in relevant field.
