Trillium Construction is now seeking a Construction Project Executive for direct-hire in Buffalo

Well-established privately held real estate company, with a portfolio that includes more than 1000 properties totaling over 50 million square feet in 35+ states. Portfolio includes retail, grocery store, office, industrial, hotel, residential, and landholdings is now hiring a Construction Project Executive for the Buffalo, NY area.

Annual salary is $175K+ base. Relocation assistance can be provided to those who qualify. Benefits include M/V/D, 401K, PTO, holiday and bonus structure and a company vehicle w/gas card.

Job duties:
-Plans and oversees all aspects of the construction function
-Assist in all levels of the project, including project execution, project planning, project financials, preconstruction, and health and safety planning.
-Ensures timely delivery of all projects, within the agreed budget, and following the pre-established specifications.
-Develop strategies that support the company's growth to acquire new clients.
-Supervising project teams, managing budgets and adherence to deadlines, communicating with clients and stakeholders, as well as developing relationships with vendors and partner businesses.

Qualifications:
-5+ years of commercial Project Executive experience as a VP of Construction, Director of Construction or Sr. PM
-Full land/site and ground-up construction development
-Retail, restaurant, grocery store, strip plaza building experience highly preferred.
-Must have ground-up construction exp
-Must have a General Contracting background
-Ability to manage a team of PM's
