Staff Accountant

Process AR payments and reconcile receivables against customer portals and ERP system

Monitor Customer price changes for accurate revenue recognition

Assist in all phases the month end closing process such as journal entries for AP, AR, accruals, prepaids, balance sheet account reconciliations

Daily duties of parking, posting, and researching all vendor invoices that includes items with billing, receiving, tax and purchase order discrepancies not utilizing EDI by using all internal and external resources

Primary back up for all AP functions

Answer accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data

Maintains accurate process and procedures for all tasks and reports.

Aggregate, analyze and convert data sources on a daily and monthly basis for internal / external reporting, accounting journal entries, production reports and tax related items

Complies with company policies and procedures and supports with process improvements

Assist in the preparation of audit material as required and work with the auditor as needed

Any other duties as assigned
