JOB SUMMARY

The Social Media Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the Wis-Pak Brands social media pages across all platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more. Ensure all Wis-Pak Brands social media pages are on trend and are leading their categories in KPIs. This role will be responsible for the college internship program and leads the intern team. The Social Media Supervisor will assist the Brand Development Manager with tactical execution of marketing programs and strategy as well as work closely with the Digital Advertising Specialist to ensure our promotions are successful. This includes creating and maintaining monthly content calendars, monitoring social media channels for industry trends, competitive analysis, and analyze KPIs to find new opportunities to hit brand goals. Establish, maintain, and build relationships with influencers/athletes/celebrities. The Social Media Supervisor must be able to multi-task and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, changing environment. The Social Media Supervisor must be proactive in looking for innovative ways to help the Wis-Pak Brands attain increased sales and distribution of our refreshing beverages through innovative social media strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

1.Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.

2.3years of professional experience in a social media position, preferably within the CPG industry.

3.Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies.

4.Excellent attention to detail.

5.Expert at time management.

6.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

7.Deep understanding of the CPG industry.

8.Content creation experience.

9.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media metrics.

10.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

11.A high level of personal computer knowledge is required for this position.A strong working knowledge of software such as the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
