The Director of Marketing and Strategy is a senior level pivotal role within the organization, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape. The Director of Marketing and Strategy will lead a team of marketing professionals to develop innovative campaigns, optimize marketing channels, and drive measurable results. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and ensure consistency in messaging and branding.This position is Located onsite at Dekko HQ - Fort Wayne INWhat Youll Do:-Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.-Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the industry.-Define target customer segments and develop tailored marketing campaigns to reach and engage with them effectively.-Lead the development of brand positioning, messaging, and creative assets to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.-Develop the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, events, and traditional channels.-Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly.-Collaborate with product development teams to integrate market insights into product planning and development processes.-Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and strategy.-Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.-Work closely with sales, product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives.-Research, document and make presentations on critical customer and market trends and insights by establishing a Voice of the Customer Process.-Develop and lead 3 year product roadmap by becoming an expert in product lines and business strategy, developing competitive intelligence in regards to market and industry landscape, and developing a strong understanding of customer/end users.-Manage product marketing and branding activities including portfolio general management and market share. Responsibilities included managing existing product portfolio, leading strategies in product life cycle and expanding product portfolio through market and product specific research.-Lead the internal and external-marketing initiatives required to support business planning, strategic planning and Merger and Acquisition activities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to identifying target markets, products and future business drivers, competitive landscape analysis and economic conditions analysis.-Lead the development of business line strategies and growth plans to focus the organization on successfully capturing additional business that meets the business and financial targets.-Responsibilities include developing and leading pricing strategies and price realization.-Lead the development of the revenue and support the development of the direct material and direct labor inputs to the operating plan. Focus on driving the internal discipline required to build information at the platform level (where appropriate).-Analyze customer needs, perceptions, and behavior through a combination of proprietary and syndicated customer research studies.-Support client teams providing an integrated view of their segment/market or function.What Youll NeedStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly present research results and conclusions in written reports.Think strategically, critically evaluate and clearly synthesizes information.The ability to work independently or in a team environment.Effective organization, complete multiple projects in an efficient and timely manner.Strong attention to follow through and work quality.Work in a fast paced environment with changing work priorities.trong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions.Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their goals.Experience in digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.Knowledge of market research methodologies and tools for gathering and analyzing customer insights.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.Previous experience in a leadership role in marketing or strategy preferred.Education:Bachelors in Marketing, Business or Engineering, preferredMinimum of 4 years experience in managing quantitative and qualitative market research projectsWhat Well Give You:A competitive compensation package.
