Lead feasibility investigations for new project acquisitions including identifying project constraints, preparing cost estimates, and developing complete project schedules
Lead the design plan production for regulatory agency and client submittals and approvals
Direct EITs and CAD teammates with engineering design tasks, technical reports, and construction administration and work with management including site visits, bid documents, submittal reviews and pay applications
Requirements:
P.E. License
Experience in managing land or site development design engineering projects
