Schneider Electric is searching for an on-Site Technical Project Manager to make an impact within our organization to support integration solutions at our newly built facility in Red Oak, Texas. Learn more about our new facility here:

Overview Confirm and manage customer project to deliver an Integrated Package scope of work including, and not limited to Electrical Enclosures & skids with electrical distribution and automation control systems, and HAVC plus additional customer features and services. Manage complete job process from order preparation, through manufacturing release, product shipment, post shipment support and financial reconciliation utilizing a base knowledge of Schneider Electric products and processes. What will you do? Take ownership for validating the project’s scope of work, schedule, cost, and contract terms with the customer, including, risks, technical and commercial elements and become lead contact for customer during project execution. Develop and maintain project organization, schedule, risk register and communicate with the customer to ensure expectations are being met. Monitor the execution of the customer’s project order, verifying execution of the project through kick-off meetings, project schedule, communication to all parties and exchange of technical requirements and project plan information. Lead the monitor and control of the performance of the customer’s project through its lifecycle. Key activities include task completion verification, project team monitoring, managing the exchange of project updates across the project team members, schedule reporting, issue resolution, and contract administration. Lead the closeout of the customer’s project to include financial reconciliation, verification of job site equipment arrival, installation and start-up coordination, and training support completion. Utilize a base knowledge of Schneider Electric products and their use, and demonstrate an understanding of the fundamental knowledge, processes and terminology needed for effective project management. To whom will you report? Application Manager, Prefab Solutions - Customer Projects & Services Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), including the ability to understand complex technical topics. Strong leadership and customer service skills. Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to work in a team environment. Organizational and time/project management skills Manage and coordinate internal and external vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to, Word, Project, and Excel Results oriented, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Education: Four-year degree required. BS degree in an Engineering discipline preferred. PMP (PMI), CPMP/CPMA SE Internal Certification preferred. Experience: Entry level to 3 years’ experience of managing projects/program.
