We are looking for a Manager, Technical Project Management (TPM) to lead our Technical Project Management team, reporting to the senior director of Engineering. This role can be done remotely based out of Austin or Dallas, TX, or Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will drive and support Engineering projects, proactively engage team members in tracking and reporting progress, conduct risk analyses, and work with Engineering leadership to ensure the successful delivery of product features. You will also be responsible for managing the team and using your technical ability to seamlessly integrate Product Management and Engineering objectives. This is an essential position in the Engineering organization with senior-level visibility, and you will work with experts in next-generation technology and help drive projects to achieve departmental and corporate goals.

You are the ideal candidate if you are an effective cross-team collaborator who operates independently and is driven by process efficiency and results.

What you’ll do:

Plan and drive the overall Engineering release lifecycle using Agile best practices Manage a team of mostly senior-level technical project managers Empower cross-functional and cross-organizational project teams to maximize efficiency and effectiveness Drive project progress by highlighting the accomplishments, risks, mitigation, and other pertinent key performance indicators that feed into Infoblox’s overarching business strategy Facilitate continuous improvement by participating in the Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) Drive productivity metrics, allowing management to track the efficiency and overall output of the teams Manage productivity systems, such as Jira and Targetprocess, to provide transparency on Solution and Portfolio backlogs

What you’ll bring:

3+ years of managing technical project managers or equivalent process leaders 5+ years of industry experience in a technical role within an R&D or engineering environment 3+ years of experience driving technology projects Working knowledge of Jira, Targetprocess, and Microsoft Office is preferred Experience working with teams in a cloud/SaaS ecosystem in a fast-paced, global team structure Solid business analysis or financial modeling skills to run the analysis for various projects Excellent understanding of product and software development principles Ability to build, lead, and motivate a group of teams and resolve mitigating team conflict Outstanding problem-solving and analysis skills combined with impeccable business judgment Bachelor’s degree required, SAFe, ITIL and/or PMP certifications preferred

Establish a key role in driving our Engineering processes and standardization Show knowledge and understanding of Infoblox products and programs Partner with the Product Management team in guiding business value through Engineering deliverables

After About a Year, You Will…

Manage and guide all Engineering projects through Agile best practices Identify areas for process improvement and provide recommendations for efficiency Guide collaboration of portfolio dependencies, following through to successful implementation
