We are seeking a creative and energetic Kids' Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating memorable experiences for children and families through engaging and well-organized events. As a Kids' Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various events aimed at children, such as birthday parties, holiday events, workshops, and more. Responsibilities: Work with the Program Manager to plan and coordinate all aspects of kids' events from conception to completion, ensuring all details are handled efficiently and effectively. Develop event themes, activities, and entertainment that align with the interests and age groups of children. Source and manage vendors, including entertainers, caterers, and decorators, to ensure events run smoothly. Create and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are within budgetary guidelines. Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, transportation, accommodations, and equipment rentals as needed. Communicate event details and logistics to staff, vendors, and participants clearly and effectively. Oversee event setup, operations, and breakdown, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees. Evaluate event success and gather feedback to continuously improve future events. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations at all times. Learn and utilize scheduling software system Qualifications: Proven experience in event planning and coordination, particularly with children's events, is preferred. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique event ideas and themes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, vendors, and staff. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules. Captain of Fun: loves to put on a show and work with kids and their families.
