Radiology Technologist

Description The Radiology Technologist performs a variety of technical radiographic procedures to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis. The Radiology Technologist assumes responsibility for assigned areas and/or procedures as requested, and is expected to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of radiologic principles while utilizing the department protocol. Required qualifications: Graduation from an accredited and approved program for diagnostic radiologic technology. Upon hire: Washington Radiologic Technologist Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Upon hire: National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Preferred qualifications: Radiographic experience. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
