Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

Reporting to the head of finance, the director of financial planning & analysis is a proven financial and organizational leader, designing and executing our client's management reporting and financial planning processes through rich and thorough analysis and identification / measurement of metrics to track performance and drive results.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or other quantitative discipline required.
Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint is required. Power BI, OneStream, SQL server, or multi-dimensional database experience is preferred.
Experience working for a private equity portfolio company (in a financial planning & analysis leadership role) is strongly preferred.
5-10 years in corporate finance, preferably with a background in consumer product goods or related industries, is preferred.
Master’s degree or CPA license is preferred.
