About the role

Competitive candidates should possess strong computer, organizational and customer service skills, with demonstrated proficiency in all MS Office applications, including Word and Excel. Delphi experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen skills and be effective in interacting with both internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, team spirited and capable of managing multiple tasks at one time. Job Duties:

Assist Group Sales team with completing client contracts and amendments. Assist with managing new client proposals and sending communications to clients including contracts, thank you letters, etc. Responsible for managing and entering deposits received in Delphi, group profiles, comments, function space, etc. Build new accounts in Delphi based on trade show requirements. Make travel and reservations arrangement for Sales team,conduct site inspections and serve as a liaison to clients. Maintain administrative paperwork including association mailings, processing faxes, scanning, filing, phones, collateral requests,memos, drafting letters, copying, etc. Assist the Sales team with processing expense reports,scheduling meetings and assisting managers with all other administrative task needed

Position Requirements:

Associates degree in business or practical work experience equivalent. 4+ years’ experience in an administrative role, preferably within a Sales organization or hotel setting. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and working knowledge of Delphi system. Detail oriented and ability to work independently and produce results.
