Director of Social Media.

How Do You Fit In?

As the Director of Social Media at Fabletics, you will be responsible for defining and executing an innovative social media strategy in addition to developing campaigns that deliver measurable business results. This position collaborates with key internal stakeholders across PR, Creative, Product, Marketing and Merchandising to create the social content strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning within the social and digital space and experience developing and implementing highly successful social media campaigns.

This position will report to the

SVP, Marketing.

What you can bring: 5 - 7+ years Digital Marketing experience with a focus in Social Media. Experience within the Fashion and/or Beauty industry (within a DTC Brand is a plus). Strong Storyteller Well versed in digital media including new and emerging platforms. Strong analytical, critical thinking and project management skills. Strong leader and team player in addition to experience a team working across multiple platforms. A passion for social media and highly active within your personal social presence. Experience working with and promoting brand initiatives. Proven knowledge executing successful content strategies. Enthusiastic team player with the flexibility to re-prioritize, multi-task and switch tasks fluidly. Proven ability to plan and organize major marketing programs. Strong communication skills; external, internal collaboration and negotiation. Strong computer/technical skills. Well organized with attention to detail and ability to follow-through. High comfort level with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must. Proven track record of excellence in fast-moving marketing division/company. What you will do:

Develop social media strategies that expand brand awareness, engages with fans, grows brand love, drive customer growth and ultimately increase conversion. Serve as the lead business driver for Fabletics Social Media channels to devise, monitor and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs. Drive innovation across all Fabletics social channels, remaining up to date on new technology, platforms, macro trends and competitor activities to apply to strategic plans. Expand the fan base across the brand's owned social channels by attracting new followers and transforming current followers into brand advocates. Drive meaningful fan engagement across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Snapchat. Devise unique and creative social media campaigns to drive value while aligning with the brand voice. Oversee and manage planning, content calendars, reporting, and optimizations across all social platforms. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure goals are aligned. Partner closely with the brand partnerships team to create and/or leverage aspirational user generated content while driving brand awareness. Manage, coach and lead social media team. Direct and drive third party digital vendors including fee negotiations. Manage budgets and allocation of funds across social channels while closely monitoring and driving return on investment. Drive the development of social creative across all owned platforms and partner with the creative team. Meet ongoing deadlines in an often fast-paced environment. Where we are:

The annual base

salary range for this position is from $150,000 to $160,000.

The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate's related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
