Lingraphica is a mission-driven organization who provides speech-generating devices tohelp improve communication, speech, and quality of life for people with speech impairments.Welook for candidates who enjoyworking in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment, and who share our commitment to helping improve the quality of the lives of our clients and their families.Purpose:The Head of Product Management is a member of the Executive Team working collaboratively with other functional leaders to set the strategy for Lingraphica, and work with our teams to execute and meet goals aligned with the strategy. This role is responsible for leading the product management, product design, product training, product support, and research teams, driving the strategic direction of our consumer AAC device and applications. Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality products that meet the needs of our users. Plays a key role in partnering with the product development team in implementing and optimizing CI/CD (continuous integration and continuous delivery) processes to ensure efficient and seamless product development and deployment.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Lead and mentor the Product team, providing guidance and support to help them succeed in their roles, meet goals and develop professionallyDevelop and execute on the product strategies that align with company strategyCollaborate with engineering, sales and marketing in Clinical and Consumer business units, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and prioritiesDrive empowered product teams from the process of ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that meet users needs and improve the quality of their livesIn partnership with Vice President, Technology, implement and optimize continuous integration and continuous delivery processes to streamline product development and deploymentMonitor key performance metrics and use data-driven insights to iterate on product features and improve user experienceStay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiationServe as a champion for the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and preferences throughout the product lifecycleMay be required to perform other duties as assignedEducation & Experience:Masters degree in Product Management, or equivalent combination of education and experienceProven track record of success leading a Product Management function and moving consumer software products from concept to launchExperience with and/or knowledge of AAC preferredExperience working in agile development environments and familiarity with agile methodologiesKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teamsStrategic thinker with the ability to prioritize, and communicate the why behind decisions and priorities with various stakeholdersStrong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to drive product decisionsStrong understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices in product developmentKnowledge of UI/UX design principles and methodologies preferredPassion for technology and innovationWork Environment & Physical Demands:In this role, individual has the option to work remotely anywhere in the U.S. or work from the Princeton, NJ office. If working from home, expected to maintain a safe, productive work environment with secure internet access.
