Job duties of the Accounts Payable Administrator Role:
- Responsible for receiving all vendor invoices; Sort, code and match invoices to POs or VPOs.
- Enter, review, edit invoices into accounting program. Post to general ledger once reviewed by manager.
- Collect lien releases before payment is processed.
- Assist in resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation.
- Track expenses and process expense reports.
- Manage office supply orders and other administrative tasks.
- Help assemble back-up materials for audits.
- All additional tasks as assigned by manager and owners.
Qualifications preferred for the Accounts Payable Administrator Role:
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable
- Experience in the Construction industry is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
