As a senior data architect at Booz Allen, you'll use your passion to master new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. You'll help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. You'll make sure the solution developed by the team considers the architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements. You Have: 7+ years of experience with data exploration, data cleaning, data analysis, data visualization, and data mining

5+ years of experience with statistical and general-purpose programming languages for data analysis, including Python or SQL

Experience with data visualization tools, including Qlik or Tableau

Experience with distributed data and computing tools, including Spark, Databricks, Hadoop, and Hive

Experience with acquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimization

Experience working in a team environment for application development

Ability to communicate key value points and insights

Secret clearance

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering and Front-End Development in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have: 3+ years of experience managing classified and sensitive data

Experience with the full software development life cycle on large-scale, multi-tier, and full-stack enterprise applications

Experience with Agile engineering practices

Knowledge of the DoD enterprise data mission space and systems

Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Systems Engineering
