About the Role:

The Senior Computer Vision Architect will join our growing and pioneering Artificial Intelligence (AI) practice group which will architect and develop AI-driven solutions for video comparison and pattern recognition for our most forward-thinking clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and machine learning, along with a deep understanding of video processing technologies. This role requires a problem solver with a passion for innovation, capable of designing and implementing state-of-the-art AI solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and Develop AI Solutions: Design and implement AI algorithms for video analysis, including pattern recognition, object detection, and anomaly detection.
  • Video Processing: Utilize video processing frameworks such as OpenCV, FFmpeg, and GStreamer to preprocess and analyze video data.
  • Machine Learning Models: Develop and train machine learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
  • Pattern Recognition: Implement techniques for identifying and comparing patterns across video datasets.
  • Data Management: Work with large-scale video datasets, ensuring efficient data storage, retrieval, and processing.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and address technical challenges, optimizing AI models for accuracy and performance.
  • Innovation: Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and video analysis, continuously seeking opportunities to integrate new technologies and methodologies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to deliver comprehensive AI solutions.


Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in video analysis, AI, and machine learning.


Technical Skills:

  1. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Java.
  2. Experience with video processing frameworks like OpenCV, FFmpeg, and GStreamer.
  3. Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
  4. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for deploying AI solutions.
  5. Understanding of video codecs, formats, and streaming technologies.
  • Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and optimize AI models for performance and accuracy.
  • Innovation: A track record of innovative thinking and a passion for staying at the forefront of AI technology.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in AI and machine learning.
