Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions. How Role will make an impact:

Maintains training calendar(s) for the MTC to schedule and track the usage of all MTC facilities and space including but not limited to the following: training and non-training events; facility use; VTCs; virtual simulators (both present and future systems) and simulations; Tactical Operations Center (TOC) pads; briefings and tours. Incorporate/establish processes to receive training/non-training requests, track received requests by type and category, and post scheduled events onto the calendar/calendars. Ensures the calendar/calendars are current and up-to- date and display the most current data. Tracks usage and other critical data as required by the Government for all training and non-training events using Government systems when required. Produces reports as required. What you’ll need to have to join our award-winning team:

Bachelor’s degree 5 years’ experience serving in a military operations and/or training section at Battalion or higher. Advanced knowledge and skills using calendar tools and software.
