We have an Excellent Contract position for aTesting and Quality Assuranceto join a leading Company inTewksbury, MA. **US Citizenship is required.** Responsibilities : + This role will provide overarching QA support including directing the implementation of QA/QC practices into the manufacturing process, driving standard work, monitor staff performance; including aligning staff to appropriate areas based on skills/ capabilities + This role is essential to performing 1st shift final operational test/verification (system), supporting Factory Acceptance Testing (with/without customer), final paperwork/packaging review prior to shipment, and performing supplier audits/qualification + This person will manage CARs/SCARs for the facility, RCCA training (as needed), and update Quality documents for the facility Basic Hiring Criteria : + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience Desired Qualifications : + Geometric Dimension and Tolerancing (GD&T), Reading engineering prints, technical reports, raw material specifications, acceptance test Reports, Quality Assurance Inspection of Received Goods, Measuring Gauges / CMMs / Micrometers, Height / Plug / Thread gauges, Go / No-Go gauges, Statistical Process Control (SPC) + Gauge Reliability & Repeatability (GR&R), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), familiar with ANSI Z1.4 Sampling plans for receiving inspection + Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Communication skills to all levels Manager , Engineering, Technical / Supervisor VEVRAA Federal Contractor / Request Priority Protected Veteran Referrals / Equal Opportunity Employer / Veterans / Disabled The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
